What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and authentication data (we support passkeys and email magic links).
  • Usage data: features used, searches run, and basic device, browser, and IP information used for security and to improve the service.
  • Payment data: processed by our third-party payment provider; we receive billing status and the card’s last four digits, not your full card number.
  • Cookies / similar technology: essential cookies that keep you signed in and the service working.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional email and — with your consent — marketing email, and for security and fraud prevention.

Processors we work with

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare.
  • Email: Resend (transactional) and Brevo (marketing).
  • Payments: our third-party payment provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise these, email support@oddsengineai.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional emails are sent as part of providing the service.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it in line with our retention practices. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Children

The service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
