Who we are

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and authentication data (we support passkeys and email magic links).
  • Usage data: features used, searches run, and basic device, browser, and IP information used for security and to improve the service.
  • Payment data: processed by Google Play (Google LLC) as merchant of record, with subscription management by RevenueCat; we receive billing status and the card’s last four digits, not your full card number.
  • Cookies / similar technology: only strictly-necessary / functional cookies and local storage that keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and secure the service. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional email and — with your consent — marketing email, and for security and fraud prevention.

Processors we work with

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare.
  • Email: Resend (transactional) and Brevo (marketing).
  • Payments: Google Play (Google LLC) as merchant of record, with subscription management by RevenueCat.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise these, email support@oddsengineai.com. To delete your account and its data, see Delete Your Account. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional emails are sent as part of providing the service.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it in line with our retention practices. You can delete your account at any time — that page lists the steps, what is removed, and how long anything is kept.

Children

The service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
