Delete your account in the app
The fastest way is to delete your account yourself:
- Sign in at oddsengineai.com (or open the Odds Engine app and sign in).
- Open your account menu (your profile icon), then go to Account → Privacy & data.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm by re-entering your password and typing DELETE.
Prefer to email us?
Email support@oddsengineai.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify the request and delete the account on your behalf.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the personal data tied to it, including:
- your email address and display name;
- your profile avatar and preferences;
- your saved searches, saved pick pools, and search history;
- your account and sign-in session records.
What we keep, and for how long
- 30-day recovery window: deletion is reversible for 30 days — signing back in within that window restores your account. After 30 days it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
- Legally-required records:limited records we’re required to retain (for example, transaction, tax, or fraud-prevention records) are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
- Security logs: server activity logs used to protect the service auto-expire on a short rolling window.
Export your data first (optional)
Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data as JSON from Account → Privacy & data → Export.
