Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Odds Engine, operated by Frequency Labs LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Odds Engine is

Odds Engine is subscription analytics software that organizes and analyzes publicly available historical lottery draw data — number-frequency analysis, combination and statistical breakdowns, visualizations, and simulations. It is an informational and entertainment tool.

2. What Odds Engine is NOT — important disclaimer

  • Lottery drawings are random and independent events. Odds Engine does not predict, influence, increase, or guarantee the likelihood of any lottery outcome, and nothing in the service should be interpreted as doing so.
  • We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers or bets, or award any prize, cash, or item of monetary or material value.
  • The service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Any decision to purchase a lottery ticket or play any game is yours alone and made at your own risk.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official lottery operator or any state lottery.
  • You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. If you choose to play the lottery, please play responsibly. Help is available at 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure. You’re responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose — monthly or annual — and auto-renew at the then-current price for the same interval unless cancelled, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment-card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the service; resell, redistribute, or create derivative datasets from our data, analytics, or outputs; reverse-engineer or attempt to derive our source data or algorithms; circumvent access or rate controls; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The service — including our software, analytics, data compilations, visualizations, and brand — is owned by Frequency Labs LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers — “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the analytics will produce any particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frequency Labs LLCand its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Dispute resolution; governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@oddsengineai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally; we’ll do the same. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel anytime as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
