Subscriptions
Odds Engine offers a free tier (Explorer) and paid subscriptions (Analyst, Master). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval you choose at checkout — monthly or annual.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a paid subscription, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@oddsengineai.com. We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of your current paid term.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same billing interval (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We disclose the renewal terms at checkout and email a reminder before each renewal.
After the refund window
Payments for a current term are non-refundable once the 14-day window passes, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Beta participants
Lifetime beta grants (free Master / Analyst) carry no charge and are not subject to refunds.
