Subscriptions
Odds Engine offers a free tier (Explorer) and paid subscriptions (Analyst, Master). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval you choose at checkout — monthly or annual.
How you are billed
Paid subscriptions are purchased inside the Odds Engine Android app, through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play (Google LLC) as merchant of record, with subscription management by RevenueCat. That means Google — not Odds Engine — charges your payment method, holds your billing details, and sends your purchase and renewal receipts. We never see or store your full payment-card details.
14-day money-back guarantee
Google Play offers its own self-service refund for roughly 48 hours after a purchase, directly in the Play Store — that is the fastest route if you have just subscribed.
Beyond that window, our guarantee still stands: if you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, email support@oddsengineai.com within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue the refund through Google Play. Google returns the money to the original payment method it charged, on its own processing timeline.
Cancellation
Because Google Play manages your subscription, you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The Manage subscription button on the billing screen in the Android app opens the same place. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of your current paid term.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date — Google applies a cancellation to the next renewal only if it is made before that cut-off. If you need help, email support@oddsengineai.com; note that we can help you find the setting, but only you (or Google) can cancel the subscription on your Google account.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew through Google Play at the then-current price for the same billing interval (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal terms are shown at checkout, and Google Play sends the renewal and receipt notices to the email on your Google account. You can review every upcoming renewal date at any time on the Google Play subscriptions screen linked above.
After the refund window
Payments for a current term are non-refundable once the 14-day window passes, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. This does not affect any refund right you have under applicable law, or Google Play’s own policies.
Complimentary access
Complimentary grants — including lifetime beta grants (free Master / Analyst) and any access granted by us at no charge — carry no payment and are therefore not subject to refunds.
